Dino Citelli

Dino Citelli is a European and Italian Trademark Attorney. He has also gained significant experience as a patent/trademark researcher in the patent and trademark departments of other Milan-based intellectual property law firms.

He joined Marchi & Partners in 2001 where he has broadened his experience working full time in the trademark department.

He deals with all aspects of the management of clients’ trademark portfolio, from the definition of the protection strategy to the execution of identity and similarity searches, including watching services, from the evaluation on the registrability of trademarks to the administrative procedures related to the registration of Italian, EU, International and foreign national trademarks and the handling of prosecutions thereto as well as to the opposition procedures on Italian and EU trademarks.
